Will I receive a confirmation of my placed order?

Yes, you will receive a confirmation of your order by e-mail.

Can I also track my order?

Yes, it is possible to track your order. After your order has been packed by our shipping company, you will receive a Track & Trace code with which you can track the status of your order.

How quickly will I receive my order?

The following applies to orders in the webshop: ordered on working days before 12:00, delivered within 4 to 8 working days.

What are the shipping costs?

All Eames items are free of shipping costs.

Are the stated prices inclusive or exclusive of VAT?

The prices stated are inclusive of VAT.

Is it possible to reverse charge the VAT?

Can I have my purchase delivered to an address other than my home address?

Yes that is possible. During the ordering procedure you can create multiple delivery addresses under the option ‘Home delivery’. The addresses you create will be retained, so that you can choose the address to which you want the order delivered every time you visit our webshop. You cannot have an order delivered to a PO Box address.

Is it possible to choose a date for the delivery of my item?

Booking an exact day is not possible, but we can hold your order for a while and ship it out later.

Will I receive a paper invoice?

All orders and payments are fully digital, so you will also receive your invoice by e-mail.

Is it safe to pay in the webshop?

We use a secure SSL internet connection when handling the payment. The SSL software ensures that the payment information is sent encrypted over the internet. You can recognize the secure connection by the green colored browser bar and the lock at the top right next to the browser bar. It is therefore safe to pay in our webshop.

Can I still cancel my order if I have already paid for it?

If your order has not yet been shipped, it can still be canceled. For this it is best to contact us by telephone so that we can stop the shipment immediately and no unnecessary costs have to be incurred.

When will I get my money back for returned products?

In most cases you will receive your money back within 11 days after returning. In some cases it may take longer, but you will receive your money within 30 days at the latest.

Will I be reimbursed for the shipping costs if I return products?

You will only be reimbursed for the shipping costs if you return the entire order, i.e. all products.

When will I get my purchase amount back?

We aim to credit the purchase amount within 11 days after receipt of the return package.

Can my return shipment also be collected?

No, it is only possible to return an order via the delivery service that has delivered the product. Has your package been delivered with another courier and you don’t know where you can offer the return shipment? Then please contact us.

Is it possible to have my product repaired by Natafurn?

No, this is not possible.
