Not satisfied with your product, or is it not turning out as you expected? You can return your product to us within 14 working days, counting from the day of receipt. To do this, you must state the reason why you want to return the product and the product must be returned in its original packaging. You can offer your return to the same delivery service that delivered your product. When the product has been delivered by us personally or by courier, you can contact our customer service. Natafurn will then ensure that the return is processed as quickly as possible. Returns are received at our returns depot in the Netherlands.

I received an incorrect or damaged product
If your product is defective, damaged or does not match the photos shown by us, returning the product is free of cost. Your products will then be exchanged free of charge or you will be reimbursed for your purchase amount including shipping and return costs. The product must be returned in its original packaging and you must indicate the reason for the return. Please note that if the product has any damage, you must offer Natafurn the opportunity to replace the product with a sound product.
Returns without a valid reason
If you want to return your product without a valid reason, the costs of the return shipment are for you. You will then receive your purchase amount back, of which the costs for shipping will not be reimbursed. This purchase amount, minus the costs for shipping, will be refunded to your account within 11 working days. Return & risks
When you return your product, it must be properly and safely packaged in the original packaging. Any damage or other problems caused by poor packaging are the responsibility of the customer. If a product appears to be damaged due to poor packaging, costs will be charged to the customer depending on the damage. We therefore advise you to take care of the return shipment, so you avoid unnecessary costs.
